To book a room you can email, text or call. Email info@innatthecreamery.ca. Call or text to (250) 643-5039. Our payment preference is etransfer. If you wish to pay by credit card there is a 3.6% fee to cover the fees we are charged by Stripe. Please note: we do not take pets.
You can check the attached google calendar to see what rooms are available on the date(s) you are interested in. When a room has been booked it is listed on the calendar date(s) in question - i.e. Roasterside, Riverside, Libraryside or Rinkside. If a room is available for any particular date you will not see it on the calendar for that date.
Payment and Cancellation Policy: Payment 24 hours in advance. Cancellation up to that point - no penalty. Cancellation after that point = payment in full of first night. Cancellation during stay - no refund.
Please note that Google Maps is WRONG and should not be relied on for our location. ( Their underlying map is incorrect). We are on the corner of Madison Ave.and 5th St between the Reading Room and the skating rink .....on the river.
